Picking up your vehicle
Here’s what to bring and when to come. If you have any questions before heading over, please call us first.
What to bring
To release a vehicle, you'll need to show:
- A valid, government-issued photo ID
- Proof of insurance
- Proof of ownership (title or current registration in your name)
If someone else will be picking up the vehicle on your behalf, please call ahead so we can explain what's needed.
Release hours
Lunch hours vary — please call ahead to confirm availability.
Note: towing and roadside dispatch is available 24/7 — these hours are only for coming to the office to retrieve a vehicle.

What do I need to bring to pick up my vehicle?
Please bring a valid photo ID, proof of insurance, and proof of ownership (such as the title or current registration in your name). If someone else is picking up the vehicle on your behalf, call ahead so we can explain what is needed.

Vehicle releases are handled at our office at 18800 East Clarke Road in Parker, generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Lunch hours vary, so please call 303-841-9161 ahead of time to confirm someone is available.
